Vehicle-Only Bookings

Booking Cancellation and Refunds:
  • Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel bookings through the app or by contacting customer support at +91 99998 27886.
  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip may incur 50% cancellation charges.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after cancellation.
